365: Viral Good Vibes National Digital Sticker Design Competition 2023
Hosted by West Grove Primary School, the competition aims to promote cyber wellness to primary and secondary school students in Singapore.
Students were tasked to design a set of six original social media stickers that will spread a wave of positivity and promote safe internet practices.

Term 2
Wits & Words Inter-School Debate Championship
'Wits & Words' is an inter-school debate championship organised by the Gifted Education Branch of MOE. The championship provides students with a platform to sharpen their critical thinking skills and develop public speaking abilities.
This year, we saw the participation of 56 school teams in the second division and our team has been placed second in the West Zone, with one of our debaters, Josh Teo Chi Lin, receiving special mention and the Good Speaker Award.

Raffles Mathematical Olympiad
The aims of RMO are to promote interest in Mathematics and develop problem-solving abilities through a friendly competition for MOE Primary School students.
18 of our P5 and P6 students took part in the Math competition organised by Raffles Institution on 26 March 2024.

The 15th Global Village Children & Youths Bilingual Speech Competition
Organised by the Goodtalk Culture Communication Co. Ltd (Singapore), sponsored by China Education Association for International Exchange and Goodtalk Children & Youth Cultural Communication Center.
The competition aims to provide an opportunity and stage for students from Singapore and China to enhance their bilingual abilities and cultivate their global competence.
Over 1000 participants participated in the preliminary round, and 100+ students went into Semi-final.

2024 National Escape Room Challenge
The rationale of the challenge is to provide a platform for students taking Foundation Chinese Language to enhance their learning in the Chinese Language; it also emphasizes the significance of teamwork and perseverance.
The competition will involve a series of puzzles and games designed to assess our students' language skills and problem-solving abilities.
Through collaborative problem-solving, participants not only improve their linguistic proficiency but also cultivate essential teamwork skills.

Tamil Language Thirukkural Vizha Competition
Organised by the Tamil Language and Cultural Society to celebrate the literary works of Thiruvalluvar, an Indian poet.
Competitors were evaluated based on their recitation skills, including proper pronunciation, the ability to convey the meaning of the verses with liveliness, and the ability to engage and captivate the audience with their performance.



2024 Raffles Scholarship (Primary 5 - 6)
The Raffles Scholarship was presented to 133 student recipients from over 73 primary schools across Singapore on 13 April 2024.
The Raffles Scholarship was set up in 2010 to affirm students who excel in their studies and meet the scholarship criteria.

2024 NSG Basketball Competition
The 2024 NSG Basketball Competition was held from 23 January to 26 April 2024. Our Senior Boys and Senior Girls have trained hard and represented the school in the competition. Our Senior Boys had done well and was placed 3rd in the NSG (League 3).

2024 NSG Wushu Competition
The 2024 NSG Wushu Competition was held at Tao Nan Primary and OCBC Arena from 25 March to 19 April 2024. Our Frontierers trained hard and represented the school in the competition, achieving excellent results in numerous events.


2024 NSG Taekwondo Competition
The 2024 NSG Taekwondo Competition was held at Jurong East Sports Hall from 6 to 8 May 2024. Our Frontierers trained hard and represented the school in the competition, achieving excellent results in their individual belt category.


2024 SYF Arts Presentation – Chinese Dance, Choir, String Ensemble & Modern Dance

The 2024 SYF Arts Presentation Chinese Dance Category was held from 1 April to 5 April 2024. Our Chinese dance members have practiced hard since last year and represented the school in the competition. Our Chinese Dance obtained Distinction this year.





The 2024 SYF Arts Presentation Instrumental Ensemble Category was held from 3 April to 4 April 2024.
Our String Ensemble members represented the school and obtained the Certificate of Accomplishment.


The 2024 SYF Arts Presentation Choir Category was held from 15 April to 25 April 2024.
Our choristers sang beautifully and obtained a Certificate of Distinction this year.
